We use Exchange 2007 (soon going to 2010) and make active use of the
excellent room booking facilty. We want to push this into booking people's offices. So, for instance, I have my office - but if people can see that I'm going to be out, they can book it as a meeting room. Also, if members of my team desperately need a room and there are none available, they could ask me and if I'm happy to give up my office for that time, they can book it too (see how I snuk that 'my team' in there?). I also need to know that when someone has booked my room, I can't go into it. So it is a complicated mix of my calendar and my room calendar. I wondered if Outlook calendar supported anythign like that - or is it just 'person' or 'room' - and not both? Thnaks for any help you can offer Eric |
