synch calendars
can i sync more than the base calendar with blackberry? if i set up customer
calendars i may want them to be visible on my phone. can i do this?

Synching is completely under the control of the software you use to sync. There are no settings in Outlook that control any sync feature. Yes, possibly - provided you use Desktop manager and not BES for syncing.
