How do you print a weekly calendar and see all the information? I have not
found a way to make the text wrap in the appointment so it will print. I have Outlook 2007, using work week view. Corporate installs our Office and we do not have Printing Assistant available to us. Thanks. -- Barbara R |

Then you will need to contact "Corporate" and have them install the
Microsoft Calendar Printing Assistant for you. Barbara wrote: How do you print a weekly calendar and see all the information? The outlook calendar doesn't wrap text. You'll need to use the calendar
printing assistant or a word template if you want line wrap.
