phone time match with outlook when syncing

I am using outlook and want to sync with my lg chocolate touch. Syncing is
working but times are different on the phone and calendar. Any ideas? I
checked time zone in outlook and it was set to eastern with daylight savings
on.

What time zone is the phone using? How many hours are the appointments off
by?
