Default Custom Template

Hello,

I am hoping someone can either help me or point me in the right direction.

I have a custom calendar format in Word. I would like to convert this to a template so that it can automatically sync with my Outlook calendar.

Does anyone know how an existing Word document can be populated with Outlook appointments?

The custom view is a landscape monthly calendar on the left and a text listing of outlook appointments on the right. Much like the notes view.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
