Default Adding rooms to shared calendars

Hi,

I'm facing 2 issues when I try to add rooms in my shared calendar.

1) I want to add about 20 rooms in my shared calendar to view it's availability at all times but I'm not able to add all the rooms at once. This is only possible when i try to add it individually. Please help.

2) I am only able to add rooms as a user. Please let me know if there is a simpler way to do this.

Thanks,
Cyndy
