We are currently trying to set up multiple Room accounts for Outlook so people can schedule rooms for meetings. A problem that we are running into is that we cannot get all calendars to open up automatically upon start up in Outlook while being overlapped with each other. Is there a way in which we could force all three Room account calendars to open upon start up and all be overlayed with each other?
We are running Outlook 2007, 2010 on an exchange server. Thanks in advance! Eric |
