Default Meeting requests going to delegates even after removal

Hi, we are having a problem with Outlook 2002 where a delegate, who was set
up to receive a copy of meeting-related requests, has been removed, but
meeting requests are still being sent to that delegate and we get the usual
bounceback saying "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients." etc. I noticed another post which said the solution was to add
another delegate in, but there were other delegates set up and it has not
solved the problem.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? So far the work-around has been
to set up a rule to move these bounceback emails to Deleted Items, but I
would like to try and solve the problem if possible.

Thanks!

Remove all delegates, wait 10 min. Add a delegate (any delegate) and wait 10
min. Now remove that delegate and see if th msgs stop goin to the user.
