I have appointments on every odd Wednesday each month. i,e, the first, third
and (if it exists) fifth Wednesday each month. Outlook allows me to schedule reminders for days in the first, second, third, fourth, or last week of a month, but not the fifth. Bruce,
I believe you are referring to reoccurrence of the meeting and not reminders. If you setup reoccurrence and select monthly on Wednesday and last week that would be considered the 5th week. -- Francine Otterson President, San Diego Outlook User Group MVP - Microsoft Outlook "Bruce" wrote in message ... Francine,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am referring to reoccurrence of the meeting and not reminders. Unfortunately, using last week would not work, because most months only have four Wednesdays and my appointments do not occur on the fourth Wednesday. I would take a look at WS Repeat Appointment that allows more flexibility in
scheduling odd meeting days/dates. Available from Websetters - they have a free 30 day trial. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
