How can i use the public calendar (moderated Calendar which is name "Venue
Calendar") to reserve the company resources, which are owned by someone, who
is at the same time who moderated the public calendar (venue Calendar).

Thanks

I am not sure I understand the question but if you want to use a Public
calendar you would need to be given rights to that folder and if you want to
use it to reserve equipment - company resources then those resources would
need to be listed in Active Directory.

Thank you for your quick replay,

But I have already set the public calendar moderater (owner) user X, in the
same time the resources are listed into AD and they are also delegated to the
user X.
Now what is the best way to reserve one of our the resources (facilities)
through the public calendar, and what is the best way to user X to be
responding.

Thanks, And Best Regards
Ahmad AK
