This feature would make team schedules easier to maintain by allowing users
to set events on their outlook calendar as shared or syncronized with a group's shared calendar. Currently when a group or team has created a calendar for tracking a member's time off, meetings, events, out of office etc it has to be entered at least twice. Once in the member's calandar and once in the group calendar creating unecessary and redundant work and taking more time than it should. This seems like a no-brainer given the power of the outlook calendar engine. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
