Default Trying to share vacation calendars; why does the schedule change?

When we are viewing vacation schedules entered into the outlook calendar, the
schedules change from one person to the next. Sometimes an event that's
entered as an all day event on Friday, spans into Saturday

TIme zone or DST differences on the various computers being used to view.

Default Trying to share vacation calendars; why does the schedule chan

I have the same problem. I typed in dozens of recurring events for my team
and when they started to view the calendars, I noticed the 1 day events would
span two days. I adjusted my time zone but that only fixed part of it for
them ad now when I look at the calendar, some of the items are spanning extra
days for me which weren't before.

How can I fix this?

An all "day" event shouldn't be subject to alterations because of time zone
or DST settings because it is an all day - by calendar day - event.

Please help me avoid having to rekey these or reset the time zone/DST on
every user's PC in my team.

Thanks.

The best you can do, I believe, is to export all your events as a CSV file,
delete them from the calendar, use Excel to correct the times, and import
them again.

An all "day" event shouldn't be subject to alterations because of
time zone or DST settings because it is an all day - by calendar day
- event.

"Shouldn't be" is great, but the reality remains that's not the way it
works.
