The fields available for import are those listed in Outlook's File | Import and Export Wizard's "Map Custom Fields" dialog. Any others require custom code or a third-party tool.

Created list converted to range relabel field name to match custom fields but keep getting error message suggesting there is no range. Did you save the worksheet after you set the named range? You need a single named range that covers all the cells you want to import.
I still don't know what you meant by labels in your original post. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "zort" wrote in message news:001501c65b36$7ff8a100$24f025c9@youra9279112e3 ...
