My receptionist put a book on the 10 key and now I have hundreds maybe
thousands of all day appointments that say "0." I could spend days and not
get them all. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get rid of them?

Select the Calendar folder
Change your view to "By Category" using the VIEW menu
Sort by Subject
Highlight all the "0" appointments
Press the delete key.
