Is there a way when a sales person is scheduling something in his or her
calendar it will be added to the Sales Staff calendar that is in a public folder? Any help on this issue would be great. Thanks in advance Tom |

If the public folder is mail-enabled, the sales person can include it as an attendee in the meeting request.

That's the downside of the public folder stuff. To invite additional
resources and attendees is just too illogical. You almost have to know ahead of time that the public folder/resource exists... and train everyone to follow these steps. Why can't a public calendar view simply link up to certain's teams/people's calendars??? At least a dozen third-party utilities exist to provide that capability, plus the Group Schedule feature in Outlook -- see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm
