Default calender Share Not accurate

we have everyone sharing thier calenders on outlook 2003 most are working
great.
but i have 2 small issues.
1. one user put down he was gone all week and it shows on his calender but
on everyones shared view he is only gone one day
2. also some users show they are gone one day and it shows as two on the
shared view
any ideas how to fix this?
