Default Is there a way to import TASKS from Excel

I would like to create tasks (or appointments if not possible with tasks)
based on specific number of days from a given date. I have over 150 dates to
calculate this for and am hoping that this can be done programmatically.

Default Is there a way to import TASKS from Excel

Yes, you can import from Excel. Export a task so you know the fields outlook
uses and create the items in excel.
