Ok...I'm not an outlook expert by anymeans, but I'm the only one in my office
thats trying to figure it out...lol...HELP!!!! OK! I work at a university that is on an exchange. In my department, everyone has their own calendars in outlook, our department Sec. maintains the Departmental calendar. I understand how to share the calendar from her outlook to everyone elses. No problem there. However, It doesn't make a lot of sense for people to have to jump back and forth between 2 calendars before scheduling an event. I understand how to use icalendar to "import"/email appointments to be uploaded into their personal calendars, but my challenge is...If she changes an event is doesn't update in everyone elses calendar automatically. Is there a way to accomplish both? Do have a "shared calendar" that merges with the person's personal calendar, and still updates like a shared calendar? |
