Outlook does not tell me when I schedule conflicting meetings. Why?

Because it can???
If you want an answer, give us something to work with, like your version of Outlook, when you expect to see conflicts, if the meetings are scheduled insider your organization or if they involve outside parties, if you are using Exchange, how much free/busy time is posted, etc. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
