I would like for the text to wrap in the Subject line in the calendar active
appointment. So when I do a search and find for a particular file number that all information displays in the active appointment layout without having to use the smallest font there is. |

Are you referring to the "Active Appointments" view of the Calendar folder? If so, table views can't wrap text, so what you want to do is not possible.
