I have been asked to investigate this functionality for the corporate
network. We want to be able to give users the ability to add meetings from a centrally managed calendar to their personal calendar. To reduce the amount of input required from an invitee, we wish to send out these invitations for groups of meetings. For example, a group of 'meetings' for IT seminars available would be sent out. This group contains several 'meetings' over the next few months.. An invitee can choose to add the meetings to their calendar. We have Exchange 2000, with users running both Outlook 2000 and 2003. |
