Default Can I share an Oultook Calendar created in 2003 with a 2002 user?

I created an office calendar for my co-workers to view vacation times and
meetings. We do not have SharePoint and I would like to share the calendar
with everyone. The only problem is some of my co-workers are using Outlook
2002, whereas I am using 2003. Is there any way that I can share...I could
not find any information anywhere!
