My job requires extensive travel. I need to keep my schedule with all its
details on my outlook calendar, where my assistant can find and publish. When I finish buying an online ticket I copy the itinerary. When I try to paste into the schedule item, I either get a part of the format (not even the whole table) with a stub for the text, or I get the text and no formating. I assume I can chose the format of my schedule item contents to be RTF, HTML or plain text. But where do I make that choice. However what is really happening here. I need to understand it. Why don't airlines websites just ask my permission and make the outlook calendar item entry automatically for me? (not a real question) Thanks |
