Default Enhancement Request: Current time marker should be more prominent

I am looking to get "better" visibility of the current time marker in the
Calendar view.

One suggestion would be to have the line go completely across the day, or to
make the line on the time line stand out more. A second suggestion is that
when looking at a multiple day, have the current day stand out more,
currently it is an amber color.

None of these are currently an option in Outlook 2003 with SP2

Not sure I understand the first part of the question - but the second is
addressed in Outlook 2007.
