Gary,

Is this message coming from the persons mailbox or from the server itself.
If on their mailbox then I would check how much space they are currently
using on the mailbox and increase it if necessary by going into AD -
Exchange General - Storage limits. I would do an assessment first as some
training may be needed on how to manage the mailbox.
