default calendar will not sync with hotmail

I had two calendars but only needed #2. Reminders for #2 would not work (error msg: The reminder for ----- will not appear because the item is not in your Calendar or Tasks folder. Is this OK?). Copied all information from #2 to #1. Reminders work now but I cannot get default calendar to synchronize with my hotmail account like they did with calendar #2. Help is greatly appreciated! Unless you're using Outlook Live and a Hotmail Premium account, I don't think Outlook will do what you want without third-party tools, if they exist at all. -- Brian Tillman
