![]() Hi There I dont know if there is a way around this one. I know with 2003 you get the side by side feature for shared calendar. However one of our users that has 200 quite often uses another persons personal calendar. The only quick way of getting to this calendar is to open it once by going to File - Open - other users calndar and then the last opened calendars appear on the list. Thing is the user wants to have a shortcut for this other users calendar permantly on their shortcuts or a shortcut button or something on the toolbar. Has anyone got any ideas as the only way i have been able to do it is if the calendar is in a public folder. Thanks Jill -- jilldean |
