We're using Office 2003 SP2, Windows XP, Exchange Server 2003. When creating
a meeting request and I'm on the Scheduling tab, a large block of time is shown as "free" for one of the attendees. I was suspicious of the availability for this attendee, so I looked at his shared calendar and found that he was not free at all. In fact, he has an "out of office" meeting scheduled during the time that was indicated as "free". Further investigation shows that this "out of office" meeting was scheduled days ago and the free/busy info in Outlook on his PC is set to publish for 12 months and update on the server every 15 minutes. Is this a bug? What am I missing here? Thank you! -- Christine |
