I had a crazy problem with a meeting being created and the e-mail being put
in my deleted items folder upon every login of Outlook. The meeting was never put in my calendar and didn't have a subject. After quite a bit of time, and some expert help, I uninstalled the Live Meeting Add-in Pack and the problem was solved. This is a bug that you need to look into and resolve.
