Default Outlook Today

Any appointments that re-occur from month to month or week to week at a
specific time are displayed correctly in their specific time slot in the
calendar. In the Today screen they display on the correct day but as an All
Day Event when this is not what is saved in the event window. How do I
correct this problem?
