It won't show up on the calendar the appointment I've just made? When I go
to advance find it shows up there but not on the calendar. We have 15 people
using the same calendar and some people may have appointments at the same
time and everyone needs to see this.

Unfortunately it's a limitation of your screen resolution and can't be changed.

You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking. I personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very
