Default Calander Times one hour out.

The OS is XP with Outlook 2000 being supported by an Exchange server 2003.
When an eMail arrives showing an appointment it is moved an hour back when
it is transferred to the Calendar. There is no daylight savings option on the
Time Zone setting under XP. Our Windows 2000 and NT computers are unaffected.
How do I fix this?

Is your time zone setting on the correct time zone? is it on the same time
zone as the exchange server and if the appointment was created on another
computer, are they all on the same time zone?

Sure there is. Double-click the clock in your system tray, choose the Time
Zone tab, and look at the line below the world map. There will be a check
box labeled "Automatically adjust click for daylight saving changes".

All computers are on the same time zone.

That's not what you said. You said, "There is no daylight savings option on
the
Time Zone setting under XP." That says nothing about your time zone, so
perhaps you can understand why I responded as I did.

Somewhere in the path, however, it is likely someone has selected a time
zone that has a DST setting and it is incorrect because what you see is the
most likely side-effect of that.

SInce I can't examine the configurations on your systems, there's no way I
can tell you why these systems are different that the ones with the problem.
Only you can do that.
