I have a user who is getting the clock symbols at the beginning and ending of
events in shared calendars. Her own calendar does not have the clocks but she has access to two shared calendars and they both have the clocks! I have another user who has access to shared calendars and he does not have the clocks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Open one of those calendars, right-click in the view body, choose Other Settings and uncheck the boxes labeled "Show time as clocks". -- Brian Tillman |

Brian,
Thanks for your response but I had already check that. Her "show time as clocks" boxes were and still are unchecked. Check to see if the "automatically adjust for daylight savings" box is
clicked in the clock settings. Thats what it was for mine ! R Saby "Brian Tillman" wrote: ch13mob wrote: Thanks for your response but I had already check that.
