Default Advanced Calendaring Question

If an end user (not a resource) has an exisiting list of monthly
appointments, that has been sent to a distribution list...can there be
an automatic way, that if a new user is added to that distribution
list, their calendar automatically is sent or adds the monthly items
already sent to the list, including the new user?

Default Advanced Calendaring Question

There's no such built-in feature. Programming one in VBA would be somewhat complicated.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/holiday.htm if your real goal is to distribute appointments to users.
