If an end user (not a resource) has an exisiting list of monthly
appointments, that has been sent to a distribution list...can there be an automatic way, that if a new user is added to that distribution list, their calendar automatically is sent or adds the monthly items already sent to the list, including the new user? |

There's no such built-in feature. Programming one in VBA would be somewhat complicated.
See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/holiday.htm if your real goal is to distribute appointments to users. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx wrote in message oups.com...
