Hi
We have a situation where two people job share. They use the same email account and book shared resources such as meeting rooms and projectors via Outlook. Although they use the same email account, if user 1 creates a booking for a shared resouce, user 2 cannot modify/delete it (even though she uses the same email account) and vice versa. The users have their own individual Windows log ins, but when I look at all the fields in a shared resource booking, I can only find the Outlook email account so I am not sure how/why the distinction is being made between the two users. Can anyone explain to me why they cannot modify each other's bookings and how we can work around this problem (giving full permissions to shared resources is not an option). TIA Paul |
