As a spring board from a previous reply recommending using Calendars as
resources.... I have been in various environments where the Admins refuse to setup Resources for public calendaring claiming it causes problems. I am in a legal environment now and the big complaint is responses not being tracked in public calendars (BECAUSE they are not setup as resources, but the end-users don't know that). [Exchange 2003, SP1, Win XP clients, Office 2003] Can folks give some concrete pros and cons to Resourcing? As the trainer in the office, I really need some back up ammo to argue for a new tool. Young company, old dog attitude. Much appreciated! -Monica |
