Default Outlook 2007 - Internet Calendar Subscriptions

I am just testing Outlook 2007 beta against an iCal calendar server. I find
that a few things do not work. Does anyone have a list a iCal features
supported?

In particular I find that:

1. The iCal CLASS attribute is not used.
2. Alarms are not transferred.
3. Tasks are not transferred.

This should be posted in the beta tester's forum, not here.

Sorry, I just learned that the beta version had been released on an
unsuspecting public. Beta testers (of whom I am not one) were given access
to a special newsgroup that deals with problems in the new software. So, it
may be that this is the appropriate forum. However, this is peer-group
support and most users haven't seen Office 2007 yet so don't expect too much
input from peers.

If this is a public iCal server, can you post the URL? That may help us get more information to answer your question.

Outlook only supports VEVENT, not VTODO, so don't expect tasks to transfer.

It is a GMS Collaboration server (http://www.gordano.com/) which is a
groupwarea and messaging server. It alresady supports Apple iCal and Mozilla
Sunbird and I was hoping it would support Outlook 2007 as well. I can arrange
access to a test server (I work for Gordano) if anyone wants access to test.

At the tasks side is explained!

I've also noticed since that HTTP AUthentication doesn't appear to be
supported.

Access to a test server would be excellent! Thanks! I'm really excited about the iCalendar capability in OL2007 and want to see it be as broadly compatible as possible.
