How do you "invite the public calendar"? I don't know what the address is.

I am trying to set up a shared calendar for a group of five or six people in Microsoft Outlook 2003. I have the calendar in the public folder, but I am wondering how to set it so that when a person enters an appointment in their personal calendar that time will show up as busy in the shared calendar. I am fairly new at this, so please be specific when giving instructions. |
