I am a personal assistant. That being said, I keep a lot of appointment
information for my boss on my business computer. My reminder alarms go off everyday before the appointments occur, and I, of course, remind my boss. However, she has recently asked if there is a way I can e-mail the reminders to her, so that she se's them a day in advance also. Is there a way I can have outlook automatically e-mail the appointments to her e-mail address? Or am I just hoping for less work? ![]() |
