Default Categorize recurring items

In my calendar I have a recurring item.
It's categorised with the "Blue label"
In a single item of the recurring item I want to have the "Red label".
How can I do it?
It was possible to do it with Outlook 2003! Why not with 2007 beta?!
thanks a lot
