Default Free/Busy doesn't show details

Most people in my company can see the details of everyone else's calendar.
However, for some reason I cannot. I only see the colored blocks, not details.
This is true whether I am using View Group Schedules or from a meeting request.
I have turned on "Show Calendar Details". With this option turned on, I can see
my own details, but I can never see anyone else's. As mentioned above, others
in the company can see everyone's details, and they have the same settings I do,
as far as I can tell.

Any ideas on fixing this? I've done a bunch of searching on this, and most
responses deal with permissions. But if I understand correctly, my permission
settings have to do with if others can see my calendar. I am dealing with the
problem of not seeing others' calendars (even though others can). We are using
Exchange server (don't know the version) and Outlook 2003 SP2.

Hi,

And you do have permissions to view the other users calendars?

Have the person you are trying to view give you permission to view their
calendar.

I think we all have our permissions set to None. However, some can see details
whereas others cannot.
