I have a user who is leaving the company, this user has set up some
recurring meetings involving a group of users. We want to be able to transfer these meetings to another user so that they effectively become the "owner" or organiser of the meeting. I have tested this by exporting the calendar to a PST file then importing the pst into the other users account. However if I then delete the meeting from the other users account there is no prompt to send a meeting cancellation etc, its as though the meeting is not seen as a "group meeting" but rather as a one off apppointment that can just be removed without a prompt. I have a feeling that another user cannot "inherit" the meeting organiser role - but would like to be proved wrong - any ideas folks? Thanks |
