I did not understand this question Sue. The calendar is a mailbox under
resources mailbox store. Any other information I could provide.

Default Cannot Assign Permissions

You said you brought up the Properties tab for a some folder in order to assign permissions. What I'm asking is what folder you are working with. A calendar is *not* a mailbox. A calendar is a folder and can be *in* a mailbox or in the Public Folders hierarchy. The mailbox can be your own mailbox or a secondary mailbox you have added to your Exchange account settings. The calendar can be the default Calendar folder for a mailbox or a calendar subfolder that the user has created.

Default Cannot Assign Permissions

Thanks Sue. Well, I went to the Public Folder level and added the
permissions. But, I usually do it in Outlook, open a folder and right click
on it and go to properties and I see the tabs, but some calendars I am
unable to, not sure why

Default Cannot Assign Permissions

If the Exchange mailbox you've used to log on is not an owner of the folder in question, you will not be able to set its permissions.

Default Cannot Assign Permissions

I did assign permissions on the public folder for the calendar to which I
would like to assign permissions for users. But, it looks still that the
users are unable to access the calendar and get the following error message.

"You don't have permissions to create an entry in this folder. Right click
the folder and click properties to check the permissions for this folder.
See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions".

I even added myself and gave publishing Author rights and I also get the
same error message. Any thoughts?
