Hello, I am looking for some options here on how to update meetings that were
created by a deleted user. I exported the terminated employee's mailbox to a .pst file thinking that all we would need is an archive of their email not thinking about all the meetings this person setup. The replacement for this user would like to update and take over this user’s calendar items but cannot add users to the meetings. Is there anything we can do to update these appointments rather then sending an email to all these users having them delete the appointments created by the removed user, then send out new appointments under the new user’s login? In the future is there a way to allow a user to take over a terminated employee’s calendar so that it's editable as if the new user was the originator? Thank you, |
