I have setup a shared office calendar with staff movements and events.
I would like to know how I would update my individual calendar and that this is then automatically duplicated/updated on the general office calendar, rather than having to update both each time. |

You'll have to use a third-party calendar sync tool for that. See if something here helps: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#tools .
