Default Saving Views

Hi Folks,

(Using Outlook 2003 / Exchange 2003)

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to save a calendar view containing more
than one calendar? We have a number of meeting rooms, each of which is
represented by a Calendar in a public folder. Is it possible to click a
custom "Meeting Rooms View" and have it show all of the calendars on screen
at once?

It is possible to achieve this manually by ticking the rooms down the left
hand side of the screen but as soon as you switch to a different view you
must again tick all of the rooms to show them upon returning to the calendar
folder.

Another downside to doing this manually is that you cannot associate
formatting rules to the view. (actually you CAN but all rules are lost when
you click out of the calendar folder)

Any help appreciated.

Many thanks,
Mitchell
