I am using Outlook 2000, and while editing a future recurring appointment, it
just disappeared. After looking around on other dates, almost all of my other appointments disappeared. The calendar still shows bold numbers as if there is an appointment that day, but when you pull up that day there is nothing there. Any thoughts? |

Look in Deleted Items
Change the View of the Calendar to show you recurring appointments and see if it's there. -- Judy Gleeson - MVP Outlook Acorn Training and Consulting Canberra, Australia www.acorntraining.com.au When you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode (if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About. Thank you for responding Judy and I apologize for the improper protocol
(first time on here). To answer your questions, I am using "Outlook 2000 SR-1 (9.0.0.5414) Internet Mail Only - Security Update". I don't see anything about a mode. Also, I checked in Deleted Items and they were not there. When I change the view to Recurring Appointments, they do show up, but still not on the calendar view. I edit a lot of my recurring items and I cannot see those individual changes. This morning I did have an Appt reminder pop up, but again it's not showing on Today's list. I have a backup of the .pst file from about a week ago, but I'm concerned that will erase all of my emails up to this point. Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
