We have a case similar to the KB article 286166: "Outlook Calendar and Task
reminders do not appear as expected in Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003". The problem though is that none of the causes or resolutions in the above KB article can solve our problem. We are running av Windows 2003 SP1 Terminal Server environment, with Office 2003 SP2. The above problem apply to ALL users! The users have previously been running on servers with Office 2003 SP1, and then the reminders worked fine. I'd be very thankful for some tips or help on this. |
