Hi,
You can do this by either dragging and dropping appointments from one calendar to another, or by importing them into one calendar. It would probably be easier to use the import function in Outlook. 1. Open Outlook, on the "File" menu, click "Import And Export". 2. Click "Import from another program or file", and then click Next. 3. Click "Personal Folder File (.pst)", and then click Next. 4. Type the path and the name of the PST folder you widh to import from and then click Next. 5. Select the Calendar folder that you would like to import to, or select the top of the hierarchy to import everything, and then click Finish. For more information about Outlook data management, please refer to the Knowledge Base (KB) article below: Title: How to manage .pst files in Outlook 2002 and in Outlook 2003 Link: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=287070 Regards, Scott Atkins MCSE, MCSA Partner Technical Lead - Outlook Microsoft Technical Support for Platforms and Business Applications -------------------- Thread-Topic: how can I merge multiple calendars into a single calendar thread-index: AcaL4PsEpLme42ojTsaFtsvTncA+yg== X-WBNR-Posting-Host: 81.157.112.9 From: =?Utf-8?B?amltYm8=?= Subject: how can I merge multiple calendars into a single calendar Date: Fri, 9 Jun 2006 09:23:02 -0700 Lines: 3 Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="Utf-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Newsreader: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000 Content-Class: urn:content-classes:message Importance: normal Priority: normal X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.3790.1830 Newsgroups: microsoft.public.outlook.calendaring Path: TK2MSFTNGXA01.phx.gbl Xref: TK2MSFTNGXA01.phx.gbl microsoft.public.outlook.calendaring:80818 NNTP-Posting-Host: TK2MSFTNGXA01.phx.gbl 10.40.2.250 X-Tomcat-NG: microsoft.public.outlook.calendaring I have 3 calendars covering separate time periods [from restored back-ups] in my 'my calendars' section of Outlook.
