We have 8 conference rooms which we would like to include as an attending for
a meeting in order to block out the time on the calendar. This will work as a room scheduler to avoid conflicts. Each conference room would have a profile on the Exchange server so when a individual creates the meeting request and wants to book the room they would invite the room to the meeting. What we would like to do is to have the conference room profile automatically accept the meeting request even if it is a required or optional attendee. Is this possible? If not, can you think of anything else which might work? I know if the room is invited as a resource I can set it to automatically accept using resource scheduling under calendar options. |
